Our story with J&R Manufacturing began in 2001, when we purchased our first J&R 200EE Little Red Smokehouse for our barbecue restaurant in Montrose, CA. We chose J&R because they are a family business and build the finest commercial smokers available. However, in those early days, finding technicians with specialized knowledge of J&R equipment was nearly impossible.

Driven by necessity, we taught ourselves to clean, maintain, and repair our J&R smoker. Word of our expertise spread within the restaurant community and fellow owners began seeking our assistance. What started as helping friends quickly evolved into its own business. We've been passionately working on J&R smokers, grills, and rotisseries ever since, becoming Certified Factory Agents in 2015.
